Dana Heger has dedicated her entire career to content and the customer experience. From her humble roots as a technical writer to becoming a recognized expert in the management and implementation of global content systems, she has reveled in opportunities to deliver innovative solutions to HP customers.
Ms. Heger is currently the Product Owner for a global HP Customer Support web portal implementation project. She and her team are using a scaled Agile framework to manage the work of bringing up a new architecture and design to serve over 35 million customers a month from 70+ countries in 26 languages.
