Justin is a leader, strategist and business partner who believes in the power of a big idea and building brands through insight and innovation. Justin prides himself on providing creative business-driven solutions, not just advertising. He has worked on One Show, Cannes, Webby and Effie award-winning campaigns for some of the most iconic packaged goods, retail, financial and automotive brands across the globe.

Justin began his career at J. Walter Thompson in NY working on marquee brands for Warner-Lambert and Pfizer. Over his career he has spent time at Deutsch, AKQA, David&Goliath and TBWA\ leading some of their largest clients - IKEA, Johnson & Johnson, General Motors, PNC Financial, Visa, Kia Motors America (yes, he did the hamsters) and Gatorade respectively.

Before arriving at Activision as the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, Justin served as Deputy Director for the TBWA\Digital Arts Network (DAN) in LA. In addition to overseeing the DAN account management group, he was responsible for the 5 Global DAN Labs and ensuring seamless integration and implementation of digital innovation across TBWA\Chiat\Day.
