Krista MacDonald, PMP, is Manager, Business Services Portfolio, Employee Services, for Jazz Aviation LP. As the largest regional carrier in Canada, Jazz operates more flights and flies to more Canadian destinations than any other airline and has a workforce of approximately 4,760 highly experienced professionals. Jazz's re-launched its Intranet, JazzNet, in July 2014, securing it as an invaluable and user-friendly internal, central communications resource for all employees. Krista was the Project Manager for this project which involved multiple external vendors and engagement from every department throughout Jazz. Krista has over 20 years experience in Project and Event Management, achieving PMP status in 2005. She has served on the PMI NS Board of Directors, and other community based volunteer organizations. Six Sigma Green Belt Trained, and ITIL Practitioner Level Certified (Service Offerings and Agreements).
