Luke Michel is a content strategist focusing on designing and developing successful user experiences and business outcomes. As a member of the Experience Design team at Portsmouth, NH-based PixelMEDIA, Luke is responsible for evaluating, editing, and integrating content for a wide range of clients across multiple online channels, including websites, mobile sites and applications, and digital marketing campaigns. Luke leads strategy workshops and user research to help clients align their business goals, internal resources, and campaign strategies with audience needs and expectations. He develops site architectures; wireframes; content inventories; and content templates, primarily for business-to-business and academic customers who are implementing large-scale content management systems. Luke also stresses the importance of designing content creation and publishing workflows based on individual skill sets and organizational objectives. Prior to joining PixelMEDIA, Luke held positions as Communications Program Director and Senior Marketing Writer for Avid Technology. He has also worked as an independent marketing communications consultant and event specialist for companies throughout New England.
