Martin leads a team to initiate and develop interactive and marketing solutions for clients whose primary need involves technology strategy and execution. This includes direct work with clients and joint work with key strategic technology partners on client projects. Initiatives include all forms of digital strategy, enterprise-wide site redesigns, web content management, marketing automation, mobile, social and software application development. Martin also heads the VML Center of Excellence dedicated to Customer Experience Management. His responsibilities include consulting with clients on strategic and tactical approaches to delivering tech-related solutions and ensuring best practices are employed on all engagements. He previously served as the Group Technical Director for New York, where he provided executive oversight and strategy for a large portfolio of clients. The work included enterprise site builds, social media applications, mobile applications, desktop applications, media and email campaigns. Before joining VML, Martin worked at FatWire Software, a leading provider of enterprise content management software, in a variety of roles across the product management, marketing and sales organizations. His main area of focus was designing and building tools to assist companies roll out their first content management initiative more efficiently.
