Matt McClelland is the Manager of the Information Governance Office at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC), where he oversees multiple Information Governance programs including Records and Lifecycle Management, e-Discovery, Enterprise Content Management and Enterprise Search. Matt is a member of the Information Governance Initiative (IGI) Advisory Board and has recently been elected to the Society of American Archivists (SAA) 2015 - 2016 Steering Committee for Records Management. Matt holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics with an Economics minor from the University of Virginia.
