In my role leading the client services team I am responsible for client happiness and solving client problems in order to achieve long term engagements and organic growth.
House of Kaizen provides end to end digital performance marketing services (digital consulting, paid search, SEO, social media, affiliate, display, programmatic, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization services) to clients such as; Avis Budget Group (Avis, Budget, Budget Truck, Payless, and Zipcar), Tiffany, News Corp, Red Roof Inn, Total Gym and more.
Prior to merging my agency, NetX, and forming House of Kaizen, my online direct marketing experience comes from working at the pioneering agencies i-traffic (now Agency.com) and Mass Transit Interactive (now Horizon Media), where I helped to establish and grow their Performance Marketing Services division.
I frequently speak at key conferences, and I am a founding member of the Performance Marketing Alliance (PMA), Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization (SEMPO), and I am an active member of the internet OldTimers group. In my role as an expert witness I have worked on high profile cases that shape internet advertising law. I also act as an advisor with GuidePoint Global Consulting and regularly advise investment professionals on new and emerging developments related to the online marketing industry. I am proud to hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Villanova University.
