Jay Henderson

Director of Product Strategy and Offering Management, Watson Marketing

Jay leads the product offerings and strategy for IBM’s solutions for marketers. He is an expert in cross-channel marketing, customer analytics, digital analytics, and marketing technology. Jay came to IBM through its acquisition of Unica, and has also worked for companies such as SPSS, NetGenesis, and ClearForest. Henderson holds degrees from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and La Sorbonne (Paris IV).
