Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before October 27 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after October 27.

Hotel & Travel

Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations. Discounted sleeping room rates have been arranged at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel. See the Venue tab for details.
