Through a process of research, analysis, and communication, Jake creates value for his team at Agency Oasis and the clients they serve by identifying, defining, and communicating risks, opportunities, alignment, trends, and competitive intelligence. The goal of this work is to help clients understand and organize around the correct path forward for their online marketing and communications initiatives, with a strong focus on advancing business goals and objectives while simultaneously improving the delivery of seamless and coherent digital customer experience.
Jake is a Digital Strategist and Marketing Technologist who has spent the last fifteen years specifying, designing and building custom digital experiences in a variety of industries including entertainment, lifestyle, transportation, government, publishing, health and higher education. He started his career in digital as a web developer at a time when web CMS and CRM were still commonly being built from scratch. In the mid 2000′s Jake began leading project teams and today he handles strategy engagements with a strong focus on the technology, people, and processes that go into deploying world class content strategy, personalized customer experiences, and web analytics.
In addition to his work with Agency Oasis, Jake is a contributor to the Content Marketing Institute.
A native son of Boston, Jake is happily living in Los Angeles. He has have a wide variety of interests outside of helping organizations communicate better through digital, but the top contenders for his attention include spending time with his wife Jackie, sailing, photography, philosophy, and movies.
