Elaine Hampton has over fifteen years of experience in Higher Education, Customer Service and Communication. Elaine received her Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston – Downtown and holds a Masters of Education in Instructional Leadership from Sam Houston State University.
